Pt: "Everyone's good at dancing"
Occupational therapist: "Not everyone... I'm not v good at dancing"
Pt: "That's because you're fat"
OT: "..."
82 year old bed bound dementia patient spent the whole of the ward round saying "Is there anything I can help you with dear?" and "Are you sure I can't do anything to help?"
And finally my favourite... Trying to persuade a lady to have a catheter: "I'm 86 years old, I have enough problems without you trying to shove something up me!"
